The steps cover the seven drivers of trust and intrinsic motivation. Each step provides participants access to knowledge and tools to first improve their energy, motivation and wellbeing, and then the capability to apply these back in the workplace for their colleagues and teams.THE SEVEN STEPS >
The first step starts with the why. An exploration of personal meaning and values and how these translate to energy and performance.
This next step looks at how to enhance significance and influence including identifying personal strengths and transferable skills.
Step 3 leads into how to enhance inclusivity and how to mitigate unconscious bias.
Step 4 delves into increasing a sense of personal control, choice and autonomy vital for our wellbeing and connection.
Step 5 explains why fairness and equity is so critical to performance and how to leverage this at work.
Step 6 focusses on increasing tolerance of uncertainty and change.
And finally, Step 7 looks at how to get the right amount of challenge to improve innovation including a formula for feedback that really motivates.
